"This is just a quick note to thank you and all your team for the tremendous effort to get the Melrose Stand project ready in time for our Dante Festival on 12 May. The York Race Committee and all the team at the Racecourse are pleased with the enhancements to the Melrose Stand and are very appreciative of your efforts and that of the wider project team in delivering this improvement to the experience of going racing at York.
We have received many kind comments from owners, trainers and racegoers who have remarked on what an improvement it is on the old facilities and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you sincerly for your efforts and input into this project.
